For more than a decade, synchronized swimming has served as the central focus of my work in photography. I have a had an involved career in the sport, which provided me with a creative outlet very early in life and continues to inspire me. I took my first photography classes as my time as a competitive synchronized swimmer was coming to an end and found that my knowledge and passion for the sport translated in unexpected and beautiful ways. Like synchronized swimming, photography is at its best when it is equal parts technique and artistry.

My primary focus is underwater photographic work that leans towards abstraction, but I have most recently started to explore synchronized swimming in a wide variety of styles. In all of my work, I have been fortunate enough to work with some of the best athletes in the world. The evolution of synchro has provided me with continuous inspiration, and I am looking forward to expanding my international presence as a specialized photographer.
